A funding ambition and growth conference at the recently-refurbished Custom House hosted by regeneration company Riverside Inverclyde (ri) has been hailed as a fantastic success, with over 40 attendees on Tuesday 13 February 2018.
The free event focused on raising awareness of different funding opportunities available for businesses. The event was well received by the attendees, with the opportunity to network over breakfast prior to the event proving popular as well as the chance to meet with the individual speakers afterwards for further discussion.
Presentations from The Royal Bank of Scotland, Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Business Angels, Inverclyde Council, Business Gateway, AGL Wealth and Ri ensured the two-hour session was a hit with the attendees, focusing on the various areas of support for funding or support each could provide.

The event was the latest in a collection of business events hosted by Ri, with the aim to promote Inverclyde to new companies as well as providing business to business support for local companies.
Ri's next event, held in conjunction with Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce, will be held on 14 March 2018 with the opportunity for businesses new to Inverclyde to meet with the exisiting Inverclyde business community to showcase and network together. Further details will be released this week.
